Privacy notice

In short: this website sets no cookies, embeds no tracking scripts and loads nothing from third-party servers. What is processed is set out here in full. This is a translation for convenience; the binding version is the German privacy notice.

What the enquiry form transmits

When you submit the form, the following are transmitted: the destination you want, the approximate travel period, your name and your email address. Optionally also a rough budget range and anything you write in the free-text field.

Three technical details are sent alongside that do not appear visibly in the form: which page you opened the form from, which website you came from, and, if the link carried the relevant parameters, which campaign. These serve solely the question of which channel enquiries arrive through. They contain no identifier that makes you recognisable across other websites.

The data is used to deal with your enquiry and for the advice that follows. It is not passed on for advertising purposes. For an actual booking, the details required for it are passed to the respective house or booking platform, but only after we have agreed that.

Server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, time of access, page requested and browser identification. This data serves secure and stable operation.

Hosting and form processing

This website is hosted with Netlify, and the enquiry form is processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify processes this data as a processor on behalf of Fabian Reptsis. The company is based in the United States, which means data may be transferred there.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes and embeds no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site's own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or to an external image service. There is no audience measurement.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Where an enquiry leads to a booking, the statutory retention periods apply to the associated business records.

Your rights

You may request information about the data processed about you, and its correction or deletion. An informal email to the address above is enough.

Changes

This notice is updated when the services used or the processing change.
